We are much closer to the end than we expected. According to the builders lists of stages we have 3 more stages until we close. That's roughly 4 weeks!
This week they'll be working on stage 11 of 14.
Stage 11
Install tops (counters I'm assuming)
HVAC (climate control) and plumbing setouts
Electric trim (if you know what this means, please tell me.)
Stage 12 is the last stage of the building process. 13 and 14 is basically touch-ups and paperwork.
They're keeping the house locked up now, so we can only visit during business hours :(. Actually their hours are pretty convenient, but having new limits is a bit sad.
